Ma is recalling the Japanese Tea House, representing the new ways of working in the office nowadays.

It changes during the day within 3 scenes: 

​

Morning: Closed roof and seamless table for drinks and quick brainstorm

​

Afternoon:Open roof to light up the workspace, and openable parts to work

​

Afterwork: Semi closed roof and low seating for people to relax and decompress after work while having some drinks.
