Shunya Sugawara is a Japanese designer based in Milan, Italy.

 

He graduated in product design from Tohoku University of Art and Design in Japan,

and in industrial design from Scuola Politecnica di Design in Milan.

​

Before becoming an independent professional,

he has worked at Nendo (Tokyo, Japan), Tokyo Design Week (Tokyo, Japan),

Lorenzo Parmeri Studio (Milan, Italy) and Pastelle Media (Lugano, Switzerland).

​

He currently works on a wide range of international art and design projects.
